Coupon Codes and How They Work |
If you have a coupon code, please make sure to enter the exact coupon code as it appears to you, in the Discount Codes section in your shopping cart. After you have entered the coupon code, click on Apply Coupon. You will automatically see the savings appear in your cart.
Please note: Coupon code must be entered exactly the same. It is case sensitive.
For example: If the coupon code is SALE123, then it cannot be entered sale123 or sale 123. It must be entered exactly the same which is SALE123.
Coupon Codes are applied to your entire order. This means that you save extra on our already discounted prices!
Coupon codes may be used up until their expiration date.
Coupon codes may not be used on past orders.
Coupon codes are transferable so share them with your family and friends!

If you attempt to make changes to your order after going through the checkout steps in your shopping cart, you may have trouble completing your order. If you are using web browser Internet Explorer 9 you may have to check it's compatibility settings. To fix: Under "Tools" > Turn on "Compatibility View" > "Add Website". |

What To Expect After Placing Your Order |
After your order has been placed on our website you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation of your order.
Once your order is carefully plucked from our shelves and sent to the shipping department you will receive
an e-mail with a tracking number and information on its shipping method. Along with your order you will also receive a paper copy of your invoice.
Then all you have to do is try to control your excitement until your art supplies arrive!
Please note: It is not uncommon for e-mails to go into a SPAM or junk folder. They also can be blocked by your e-mail server. If this is the case, please contact us and we will be more than happy to provide you with a confirmation of your order.
