Solicitation Opt-out

For those customers who wish to opt-out and not  receive Hofcraft.com special offers, there are a couple of easy ways to do so:

The easiest way is to use the link provided in all Hofcraft.com newsletters to automatically unsubscribe.

The other way is to go into your Hofcraft.com account and un-check the "permission to send newsletter" box.

Extra Discounts and Coupon Codes

From time to time, we have special extra discounts on our already low prices. These discounts are applied to your entire order and are reflected upon checkout.

If you have a coupon code, make sure to enter the exact (case sensitive) coupon code under the Discount Codes section in your shopping cart upon checkout then click Apply Coupon. You will automatically see the savings appear in your cart.
Coupon codes may not be used on past orders.

Prices

Prices exist as a guide, not a guarantee.  Typos happen and manufacturers can and do change their prices at any time.  We invoice at the prevailing list price in U.S. Dollars.

Back Orders and Incomplete Orders

Every effort is made to ship your order completely.  Items will be backordered if the total value of backordered items, after your discount, is over $30.00 and we expect them to arrive shortly.  Otherwise, if we are out of stock, our apologies, please try again with your next order. 
You may choose for us to backorder the out of stock items, however, you will need to notify us promptly and there will be an additional shipping charge of $7.95 for back ordered items less than $30.00 total.

Mail-in Orders of $100.00 or More

Mail-in Orders That Total $100.00 or More Must Send in a Money Order or Cashier's Check Made Out In U.S. Funds.

Hofcraft Special Order Policy

Special orders consist of orders that have exceptionally large quantites of items stocked, items that are not normally stocked, etc.

Greater Discounts are available for qualified volume buyers. We accept applications for open accounts from qualified volume buyers.
